When booking in advanced we require a minimum of 25% non-refundable deposit** the remainder to be paid before or on arrival, If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason we require 6 weeks notice, If the cancellation is before the 6 weeks of your holiday a 15% admin fee is payable.

If the cancellation is within 6 weeks of your start date then 75% of the total cost is payable for bookings during peak times (school holidays) and 50% for all other times should the cottages not be re-let.

Last minute bookings (within 6 weeks of the start date) are required to pay a minimum of 50% at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel your holiday if necessary, in this case all monies paid will be refunded.

We recommend that you take out you own holiday insurance.
